Avacado Cocktail
½ c Mayonnaise
½ c Whipped Cream
2 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
¼ tsp salt
Peel 1 large avocado. Cut with ball cutter, or in cubes. Top with dressing made by combining the remaining ingredients. Serve in sherbert glasses – very cold.
