Stuffed Zucchini
1 dozen small zucchini
1 large onion
½ Feta Cheese
3 tsp. Butter
4 Eggs
Pinch of Basil, Salt and Pepper
Cut thin slices lengthwise for cover and remove seeds. Finely chop seeds and mix with chopped cheese and other ingredients. Stuff the zucchini and put cover on. Bake in little oil and butter in covered casserole. When cooked, remove cover and back until slightly brown.
