Cauliflower Gratin

  • 10 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup soft bread crumbs
  • ¼ chopped pimento, optional
  • Half onion minced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 9 oz cauliflower
  • Mix together all ingredients.  Place in 10x6x1 ½ inch baking dish. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes or until firm. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
