The RCMP have laid 31 charges against Senator Mike Duffy. Charges include breach of trust and bribery. Duffy was also under investigation for expense claims more than a year ago, and Duffy has now been named as the father of a Peruvian woman.

Duffy’s lawyer has said they will fight the charges and prove Duffy has done no wrong.
The former CTV political analyst will appear in court on September 16th.
