Erieau is getting a new playground, and it’s going to be completely accessible. 
Council is giving permission to the Erieau Partnership Association to build an accessible playground in Laverne Kelly Park.
The Association raised upwards of $70,000 for the park, which is designed for children with mobility issues.
This will be the first municipal park of its kind in Chatham-Kent, with installation slated for September.
