A 28 year old Waterloo man learned the meaning of stunt driving the hard way Friday night.

The OPP had the radar set up on the 401 near Dillon road when they clocked a car going in excess of 160 kilometres per hour.

They chased him down and charged Nitish Chopra with excessive speed.

So his drivers license has been suspended for 7 days, and his car impounded for that same time period.

If convicted he is looking at a fine ranging from 2-10 thousand dollars or 6 months in jail.

For a second conviction he could loseĀ  his license for 10 years.
