Employees at a local business are celebrating a big lottery win.
Rob Ellis from Ellis Motors in Dresden says 10 of them bought a Lotto Max ticket earlier this month.
Ellis says, “All the guys at the garage here, we put in $5 – not every week, usually once it gets up pretty high, we put in $5 a piece. It’s funny, the ticket was actually from February 10th. My brother Greg normally checks it but he didn’t check it until this week. He went up, got it checked, and it was for $333,000.”
The group has been buying tickets for the past 5 years. Ellis says some plan on going on a trip and purchasing newer vehicles.
