More construction work is on the way for Chatham, with road and watermain improvements starting today on Grand Ave West.
Crews will also be replacing the sanitary sewer and widening Grand Ave and Lacroix Street to accommodate a new right turn lane.
Meantime, lane closures and restrictions will start on August 28th. The project is expected to be done by late October.
Another construction project is starting today – this one at the intersection of St. Clair St. and McFarlane Avenue.
The road will be widened and sidewalks will be extended.
This project should be completed by the end of September.
