The program is a teen-based organization that engages people in not only robotics, but science, technology and even media.

Mentor Jennifer Torrance says they start focusing on building in January, but there are lots of other activities in the meantime.

“We’re always working on fundraising, we need kids for social media,” Torrance says. “We’ve got some big awards that we want to apply for, so for that we need kids that are good with video equipment and photography, we always needs students that are open to meeting with businesses.”

If you think you may be interested in joining, an open house is being held starting at 6:30pm at the St. Clair College Thames Campus in Chatham.
