Charges are pending after a Dodge Journey collided with a school bus in Rodney.
Authorities say the bus was stopped when it was rear-ended yesterday afternoon.
Close to 50 students were on board the bus at the time, luckily no one on the bus was seriously hurt.
The driver of the SUV was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Elgin OPP continue to investigate.
