Chatham-Kent Police have charged a Chatham man with impaired driving following a weekend incident.
Authorities say the 33-year old man was leaving a Chatham establishment early Sunday morning when he drove his SUV into a parked car twice, jumped a parking barrier, and struck the building he just left.
Chatham-Kent Police say the accused was well over the legal limit.
Damage is pegged at $20,000.
