The Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network is looking for everyday heroes.
The organization is looking for 150 people that have helped a loved one with their health care in the home.
Dave Richie, Manager of Communication and Public Affairs says you if you know somebody who fits the bill, you have until Friday October 20th to nominate them online.
This is the fifth year for the event.
