The municipality is out with its annual sunshine list.
The number of employees making more than $100,000 climbs to 228 this year. Forty more than on last year’s list.
Leading the way is Medical Officer of Health Dr. David Colby with a salary of $227,000, followed by CAO Don Shropshire at nearly $220,000 and Police Chief Gary Conn with $212,000.
All told, the list is made up of 126 members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service, 43 members of the Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services and 58 non union municipal staff.
