A tentative deal has been reached to end the six-week long strike at Caesars Windsor.

Unifor Local 444 issued a tweet early this morning after a second day of negotiations.

The 42 day strike centred around wages, pension contributions, and job security.

Details on a ratification vote are expected to be released later today.

However, in the meantime the union says the picket lines will remain in place at the casino.
