Chatham-Kent police say a 67 year old Chatham man forgot why he was arrested in May, so they were forced to take him into custody again.

In May the man was chargedĀ  with Uttering Threats against his neighbour in their apartment building.

He was ordered not to communicate with the neighbour and given an August court date.

Skipped the court date, so police went around to see him on Saturday.

They say he had also been communicating with the original victim so he was arrested again.

Now the charges include Uttering Threats, Fail to Attend Court, and breach of undertaking.

His prize is another court date.
