ronald-mcdonald-houseRick Bernard is riding his bike from Wallaceburg to London to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House this August.

The Wallaceburg man has benefited from the use of the facility when his boys were born in 2008.

Bernard says, “The twins were born 6 weeks early, which was a bit of a surprise. One of them was diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia in the womb, so he had to be bnorn in London. At 3 days old he had surgery to repair that and spent 8 weeks in hospital. Now he’s fully recovered, and they’re both happy and healthy nine-year-old boys.”
