It was supposed to be a routine stop for Chatham-Kent Police yesterday morning but instead it netted a man with Bear Pepper Spray, Crack Cocaine and Crystal Meth…a 31 year old Windsor man is now facing a number of charges…when he was picked up he already had conditions for other charges he was answering to in Windsor.
