The YCMA is paying homage to some of Chatham-Kent’s best and brightest students.
Fourteen students from across the municipality will be recognized tonight with the Y’s Celebration of Youth awards, which are handed out to teens who have demonstrated sensitivity to others, community involvement, and academic responsibility.
Some of the categories include agriculture and environment, arts and culture, business spirit, and the mental health champion award.
Each recipient also walks away with $1,000.
