1 New Case In C-K, 4 Recoveries, 32 Active

CK Public Health is reporting one new case of COVID-19 in Chatham-Kent on Friday, along with four new recoveries.
The active case count drops down to 32, from 35 a day ago. Three C-K residents remain in hospital with the virus.
One outbreak has also been cleared as Dr. David Colby and the health unit have declared the local workplace outbreak over. Two outbreaks continue at a Blenheim place of worship and in a congregate setting. However, Dr. Colby says the two outbreaks are actually linked to the same place of worship outbreak and the large majority of local cases are connected to the church setting.
Of the 32 active cases, 17 are connected to the “community outbreak” at a Blenheim church, 10 are close contact transmissions, two are linked to the congregate setting outbreak, one is travel related, one is pending and one is uknown.
The municipality has had a total 410 cases of the coronavirus, 375 recoveries and three deaths.
Ontario health officials confirmed 896 new infections across the province.
