$170,000 in Property Recovered, 47-Year-Old Arrested

Lambton County OPP have arrested a Moraviantown First Nation resident after uncovering $170,000 in stolen property.

Officers say they executed a search warrant at two residences in Moravian First Nation on April 24, 2019.

During the search, they found items related to at least 20 break and enters and thefts in the Lambton, Elgin, Kent, and Middlesex County regions.

Some of the highlights from the recovered stolen property are as follows:

A 47-year-old man from Moraviantown First Nation has been charged with the following offences:

He’ll answer to the charges in court early next month.
