2022 Brigden Fair Attracts Close to 45,000 People

It’s been a Thanksgiving weekend tradition since 1850, and the Brigden Fair is back with a vengeance.

Organizer Dennis Robinson says after a two-year hiatus because of the pandemic, it was great to see everyone out.

“Everybody seemed to enjoy themselves, to be able to get back out, were well pleased with what they could see and do at Brigden.”

44,723 people coming through the gates over the course of four days.

Robinson says after two years things were a little rusty, but everything came together

“The volunteers went above and beyond and pulled together after two years,” Robinson says.

The layout of the fairgrounds was altered this year to allow for more social distancing, but says the event went off without a hitch.

Plans are now in the works for 2023 with a theme of Aprons and Overalls.
