It’s located at the Queen Elizabeth Public School on Eugenie Street in Chatham.
The centre is a place where children come together to connect, learn, discover, grow and play, said Carrie Myers, the Early Years Supervisor for Chatham-Kent.
“It’s really about every child from birth to six (years old) and everyone who cares for them and loves them,” said Myers at the ceremony this morning.
Other EarlyOn locations are in Wallaceburg, Dresden, Thamesville, Blenheim, Ridgetown, Pain Court and Tilbury. A full list of activities and hours for each location is available on the municipal website.
