Charges have been laid after a crash on the 401 that forced the closure of the westbound lanes earlier this week.
On Wednesday evening, a transport driver lost control and the truck flipped onto its side, spilling some fuel on the road.
The Tecumseh man behind the wheel suffered minor injuries, and is now facing careless driving charges.
