The 168th Brigden Fair kicks off today.
It’s a Thanksgiving weekend tradition – the Brigden Fair returns today and runs until Monday.
There will be a midway, food, exhibitions and more, but new this year is a restriction on pets.
According to their Facebook page, no dogs, pets, or animals will be allowed on the grounds except for exhibiting, showing, or service animals. Organizers say this is in accordance with regulatory amendments to Ontario Regulation 5-67 Rabies Immunization under the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
Otherwise, the fair will continue as normal, with helicopter rides, entertainment, and a truck and tractor pull.
