Charges have been laid after local officers investigated a 9-1-1 hang-up call.
Emergency dispatchers alerted police to the disconnected call, which originated from a Berry Street property Wednesday afternoon.
Officers attended the scene, and say a 32-year old man was involved in an argument with a youth when things turned physical. Neither required additional medical attention.
However, the accused has since been charged with assault and was taken to police headquarters. The man has since been released with conditions and a date in court in June.
