The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority is warning of dangerous conditions along Lake Erie this weekend.
Strong winds out of the southeast today and tomorrow bring the potential of flooding to low lying areas.
With that comes the risk of shoreline erosion, shoreline damage, and freezing spray.
Areas at most risk are Rose Beach Line, Erie Shore Drive, and Detroit Line in Wheatley.
If you’re not along the lake, there is still cause for concern with forecasters calling for 20-30 mm of rain and winds of up to 60 km/h.
