Chatham-Kent Police are hoping a group of students will understand the severity of their actions after allegedly hurling items out of their school bus windows. 
Four different motorists in Dover Township called police last month after their vehicles were struck by items thrown from a bus.
Investigators were able to identify the culprits, and then had a frank discussion with the kids and their parents.
All four have now been referred to Restorative Justice to complete an extrajudicial measures program.
