A local man is facing charges after being found in a Chatham building over the weekend.
Officers responded to an alarm call on Wellington Street West and found a broken window on the property.
A search of the premises turned up a lone man, who authorities say was already on probation for similar incidents.
The 33-year-old has been charged with break and enter, mischief, and breach of probation. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
