A Chatham-Kent man is facing charges, accused of trying to steal gas in Tilbury.
Police were called to a commercial property on Queen Street North shortly after 2 Thursday morning and found the man trying to take fuel.
The 54-year-old was arrested and charged with break and enter. He was released from custody with conditions and a date in court next month.
