A Sarnia resident has been charged after an ambulance was involved in a two-vehicle crash south of Wallaceburg.
The Ontario Provincial Police were called to the intersection of Highway 40 and Electric Line at around 5:45 p.m. on Thursday after an ambulance collided with an oncoming pickup truck.
Firefighters and EMS also attended the scene to assist. An unknown number of people were taken to hospital with minor injuries as a result of the collision.
A 31-year-old from Sarnia is now charged with failing to yield to through traffic on a highway.
