Artists across Chatham-Kent will be showing off their skills this weekend with the inaugural Arts and Culture Network Studio Tour.
The two-day event includes a self-guided tour of 14 artists and five galleries combined into 15 tour stops in Chatham, Dresden, and Wallaceburg.
The juried collection showcases work from multiple mediums from traditional painting and pottery to sculpture and glasswork.
Organizers say the event aims to build ties between the community’s creative minds and those interested in the arts, and provides an intimate look behind the artists’ process.
The studio tour runs Saturday May 6th and Sunday May 7th, 10am to 4pm each day.
Organizers hope the tour will become an annual event.
