The weather is taking another rollercoaster ride in Chatham-Kent over the next few days.
Environment Canada has issued another special weather statement – the second this week – warning of an impending cold front bringing strong winds and dropping temperatures.
The system will track north to south over the area tonight, bringing wind gusts of up to 70 or 80 kilometres an hour into tomorrow.
Officials warn high winds could toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break. There’s also the potential for power outages and damage to buildings, such as roof shingles or windows.
