A home robbery in Windsor ended up with an arrest in Chatham-Kent. As was believed a break and enter in Windsor only had the thief making off with a purse and a laptop but not so as police in Chatham-Kent pulled the thief over in a car stolen from that residence and a few other things and the robber tried to get away from police in the stolen vehicle but a K-9 unit tracked him down.
