An arrest has been made in connection to a case dating back three years.
CK Police officers pulled over a vehicle on Middle Line in Tilbury East Township shortly before 8:30 Monday evening and say the driver was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
The initial charges date back to a case from 2020 in which the accused was charged with assault, mischief, and two counts of assault with a weapon.
The 26-year-old Tilbury man was arrested, taken to police headquarters in Chatham, and held for a bail hearing.
