Video surveillance helped identify a suspect involved in a fraud investigation.
Chatham-Kent Police were called Sunday morning about suspicious activity on Victoria Avenue with two men spotted walking around the property.
Officers tracked down the suspects on Elizabeth Avenue. Police say one of the accused was wanted in a connection to a fraud and theft investigation launched the week before.
A 21-year-old was arrested and released with a future court date.
