Charges have been laid following a break-in at a Wallaceburg business.

Chatham-Kent Police were called to the Herbert Street property on December 30 and say video surveillance showed a man going into the business several times over the last two weeks, each time removing property.

The accused was identified and warrant issued for his arrest.

The suspect was found on Oak Street the night of January 1st.

The 33-year-old is now charged with wearing a disguise with intent to commit a criminal offence and three counts of break and enter. He was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
