One man is facing charges following a break-and-enter in Chatham-Kent.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to a home on Greenvalley Line on Tuesday at around 7:30 p.m. after the homeowner spotted a man entering his pool shed.
Officers arrived at the scene and arrested a 39-year-old man.
The accused is now charged with break-and-enter. He has since been released from custody on an undertaking.
