A home invasion in Chatham has landed three men with charges.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the three accused went to a Prince Arthur Avenue home the night of December 27th to confront a young man, but were met at the door by the man’s father.
The three culprits then forced their way into the home and assaulted both the father and son.
The two victims suffered minor injuries and the suspects fled before police arrived.
A 19-year-old man was arrested later that night and warrants were issued for the other two.
This past Thursday morning, a 21-year-old Chatham man turned himself into police.
There is an outstanding warrant for the third man.
All three are charged with break and enter, and assault.
