Assault charges have been laid following an incident in Dresden.
Police were called about suspicious activity on St George Street just before 10:30 Thursday night. Officers arrived to find a man they’d been looking for in connection to an assault investigation the day before. Details about the initial incident have not been publicly released.
The 49-year-old was arrested and is now facing four charges of assault. He was released from custody with conditions and a date in court next month.
