Always creepy to think someone is crawling around your backyard at night, but a homeowner on King Street had that experience early Monday morning.
CK police arrived to find a 36 year old Selkirk Street man in the yard. Upon further investigation they determined he was out beyond his court imposed curfew.
That, and a search allegedly turned up suspected methamphetamine. The man was released with a September 23rd court date.
