A cold and blustery morning across Chatham-Kent.

Officials with Environment Canada warn of reduced visibility with blowing snow in some areas. A weather advisory was issued overnight, but has since been rescinded.

White out conditions have been reported along Highway 401 near West Lorne and heading east toward London, as well as on the 402.

School buses serving the Lambton Kent and St Clair Catholic District School Boards in Zones 1, 3, 4 and 6 today because of the weather. That includes the Forest, Corunna, Petrolia, Dresden, and Ridgetown areas, as well as any bus that has to travel through one of the affected zones. School buses in Zone 6 serving the Providence French Catholic School Board are also cancelled.

Just over 130 Hydro One customers in the Thamesville area are affected by a power outage, which has forced the closure of Good Shepherd and Thamesville area public school, as well as St. Michael in Ridgetown.
