Brampton Man Charged

Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police have laid careless driving charges against the man responsible for closing the 401 near Orford Rd. over the weekend.

Police say the 59-year-old Brampton truck driver lost control of his tractor trailer around 3:30 Sunday Morning and rolled the vehicle onto its side.

He suffered life threatening injuries, but has since been upgraded to stable.
