Mischief charges have been laid after an incident in downtown Chatham.
Chatham-Kent Police were called to a restaurant on Third Street around 8:30 Monday morning after a man started hitting a window.
Officers arrived and say the window had been broken. The suspect was located a short distance away.
A 30-year-old Chatham man was taken into custody and held for a bail hearing.
