Many Chatham-Kent students are participating in Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week over the next few days.
The province has designated the third week in November as Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week.
Starting today, Safe Schools Teams will be planning activities and launching initiatives to demonstrate the impact bullying has on the school community.
Bullying is often defined as aggressive, persistent, and repeated behaviour, either physical, verbal, social, or online.
The goal of this week is to promote safe schools and a positive learning environment.
