Sara Cogghe, manager of the Dufferin Ave Wallaceburg restaurant, says it’s all thanks to the community.
“The love Camp Day and all the customers smiling and everything and donating is not a problem,” says Cogghe. “The people of Wallaceburg are so generous and they love to help out those kids and they love the stories of the kids going to camp.”
100% of coffee sales from yesterday’s Camp Day go toward sending local children to camp. The $18,000 raised was from the Dresden, Wallaceburg, and a few Chatham locations.
