THURSDAY, JUNE 29TH – RIDGETOWN
- Parade at 6:30 from Cathcart Park
- Celebrations at Ridgetown FairGrounds
- Live music with PowerSoundz DJ and the Ridgetown Girls Choir. Fireworks at 10pm.
- Presented by the Ridgetown Kiwanis Club.
FRIDAY, JUNE 30th – CHATHAM
- The Greenfield Energy Fireworks Celebration at St Clair College – starts at 6pm. Live music with “Under The Covers”, kids and family entertainment with fireworks at dusk.
- Active Lifestyles Centre Canada 150 Celebration – Merritt Ave – featuring entertainment and children’s activities. Multicultural food tasting ($5 for the tasting – advanced tickets at Active Lifestyles Centre)
FRIDAY, JUNE 30th – TILBURY
- Tilbury Kinsmen Canada Day Parade – 7pm in downtown Tilbury
- Fireworks at dusk from Tilbury’s Memorial Park
- The Great Canadian Fiddle Show – 7pm at Darryl S. Moffat Hall – tickets at cktickets.com
SATURDAY, JULY 1st – WALLACEBURG
Wallaceburg’s Canada 150 Celebration with the Wallaceburg Family Fireworks Festival Committee – starts at 3pm in Kinsmen Park- Opening Ceremonies at 3 pm, Large Marge Eating Contest at 3:30
- Kids Activities open at 4pm
- Live music with Alyssa Doherty’s Princess Party, Three’s A Crowd, Bed By Nine and Vinyl Revival
- Several food vendors on site
- Fireworks at APPROXIMATELY 10:15
- FREE EVENT for all ages!
- Bring your lawn chair or blanket for fireworks!
SATURDAY, JULY 1st – BOTHWELL
Bothwell 150 – A Bothwell Homecoming, July 1st from in downtown Bothwell. Bothwell and Canada share their 150th birthday celebrations!
- Minor Hockey Reunion, Car Show, Legion Refreshment Tent, Chain Saw Carving, Kids Activities, Live Entertainment, Street Hockey Tournament, Food and Craft Vendors, Chatham Concert Band, Fireman Dinner and Comedy Show. Street Dance and Fireworks wrap up the night.
SATURDAY, JULY 1st – BLENHEIM
- FREE event
- Glad Tidings Community Church (Chatham Street)
- Starting at 6pm
- Food vendors, entertainment, family fun and more!
- Fireworks at dusk!
SATURDAY, JULY 1st – CHATHAM
- Cogeco TV Canada Day Parade @ 9:30AM (Lacroix & Grand to King Street, ending at Tecumseh Park)
- Tek Savvy Canada Day Celebration in Tecumseh Park starts at 11AM
- Family friendly activities, live music including Brooklyn Roebuck, kids zone, vendors and beer garden on site
- A Dickens Pickwick Picnic – Celebrating Canada 150 – Milner Heritage House, 75 William Street South – hosted by Chatham-Kent Museum and CK Dickens Fellowship. Featuring a box lunch, storyteller and magician as well as horse and carriage tours and museum fun inside Studio 1 (Chatham Cultural Centre)
- Tickets are $25/person – 12 and under are $20

- Ridgetown Canada Day Celebrations @ Royal Canadian Legion Branch #234 with ManPower and Dirt Country. Cash bar and food available
- Tilbury Street Party – 11AM at Carrick Corner Park. FREE Admission. Live, local music, food and craft vendors and beer garden. “The biggest kitchen party Tilbury has ever seen”. Bring your lawn chair!
JULY 2nd EVENTS
- Canada Day 150 @ The Pines (UCC) Backfield in Chatham – featuring music from “New World Son”, a community BBQ fundraiser, children’s activities and fireworks! Starts at 6pm. Organized by the Churches of Chatham-Kent.
- Hog Roast Dinner @ Ridgetown’s Emmanuel Congregational Church – 5pm – family event with children’s entertainment . Concert is free. Dinner is $20.
