RICK NICHOLLS – ONTARIO PROGRESSIVE CONSERVATIVE

Rick Nicholls was born and raised in Chatham. He worked at Navistar and Union Gas before starting his own training development company, which he successfully ran for 25 years. During that time, he taught and trained in a wide variety of business sectors and was twice invited to address the Canadian Embassy to the United Nations.

As MPP he served as the Deputy Labour Critic and did not shy away from bringing up tough issues at Queen’s Park. He was very vocal about the Heinz closure, knowing how vital Leamington is to the riding. He also said that if he was elected he would open a second constituency office in that municipality and he did it. So for the first time in 20 years Leamington residence have an office to go to rather than just a number to call.

After seeing 10,000 manufacturing jobs leave the area since the Liberals took power in 2003, Rick’s primary focus is bringing jobs back to Chatham-Kent-Essex. He is excited to help build a better future for the province so our children can live and work in Ontario.

BRIAN EVERAERT – TRILLIUM PARTY OF ONTARIO

I was born and raised in Wallaceburg Ontario and have been a member of The International Association of Bridge Structural and Ornamental Ironworkers for 20 years.

I am also a recognized Certified Worker in the province of Ontario.

I am a graduate of Fanshawe College as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright, and am also a graduate of St. Clair College as a Journeyman Ironworker.

I enjoy all outdoor activities, including hunting and fishing.
The reason I have decided to run for MPP in Lambton Kent Middlesex is simple, DIRECT DEMOCRACY.

For far too long the good people have had their voices silenced by Party First policies.

The Trillium Party offers a far more transparent and respectful way of representing the people of Ontario.

Something Different, Something Better.

BRAD GREULICH – LIBERTARIAN PARTY

My name is Brad Greulich and I am proud to be running for MPP in the Lambton-Kent-Middlesex district, on behalf of the Ontario Libertarian Party.

I am a 29 year old, married, father of one. I am a machinist by trade and have spent the last ten years working in the manufacturing sector.

I am running for MPP because, unlike every major party in Ontario I believe that you should be in charge of your money- not the government.

I do not believe that it is ever right to steal money from one group of people to buy votes from another. Sadly, this has been the case in Ontario for far too long.

The Libertarian party is the only party offering a real difference. I am certain that in order to make Ontario a prosperous place to live and work, we need to reduce the size and scope of our government. We need to take decision making power away from large, unaccountable governments, who waste the hard earned money of working class Ontarians. This power needs to return to whom it belongs; the individual, the family unit. Not the bureaucrat.

Whatever party you vote for, every one of them but the Libertarians share a common element: claiming to know what’s best for you, but never giving you a real say in the matter.

My name is Brad Greulich and I believe that the best person to manage your money, shape your future and choose how to live your life is –YOU-.

Anthony has extensive volunteer experience, from community centres and hospitals to the Special Olympics Program and at teaching at orphanages overseas. He also serves on the National Youth Advisory Council of Plan International Canada as a provincial representative, with which he attended the 61st Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

Anthony has continued his pursuit of youth governance by joining the board of directors of LEADS Employment Services as the youngest director in the organization’s history, and also serves on the board of directors of the Western USC serving as a director and the chair of the finance committee.

Anthony believes he can utilize his current Board experience in the education and non-profit sector as well as considerable knowledge and experience in finance, fundraising, marketing, and community connectivity to be an effective representative for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex.
