CCAC Head Reflects

As Lori Marshall prepares to move on from the Erie St Clair Community Care Access Centre to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, she’s reflecting on her experiences.

Marshall says she’s enjoyed her time with the C-C-A-C.

“It is filled with wonderful and dedicated staff and the board and serving the residents across all of ESC LHIN and has just been an honour and a privilege for me,” reveals Marshall.  “Clearly there are some changes coming with the Patients First legislation so it’s my hope that I can help at least in the initial stages of that transition.”

Marshall says 2017 will bring some challenges with the new legislation, but knows it is headed in a positive direction.
