Some unexpected charges have been laid following a crash in Chatham.
Two vehicles collided near the intersection of McNaughton and Taylor yesterday afternoon.
One of the drivers has been charged with failing to turn to avoid a collision.
However, police say the accused is also in hot water for having a passenger with whom he’s been banned from seeing.
Meantime, his 24-yaer-old female passenger is also facing charges. Authorities say she owns the vehicle and has been charged for allowing it to be driven without insurance.
