Charges are being laid following this morning’s 401 rollover.
Police say a 50-year-old Windsor man is to blame for his tractor trailer rolling over around 2am at Dillion Rd.
Police say he lost control and crashed through the guardrail. The transport rolled onto its side and came to rest on the bridge embankment.
He wasn’t seriously injured.
The road was closed for a short time for clean up.
